Over the years, the regulations and guidance documents that implement the Clean Air Act (CAA) have become more complicated, creating a greater burden for regulated entities to remain in compliance while trying to move their projects forward efficiently. The good news is that there are ways to streamline the permitting process to obtain an air permit that meets applicable air regulations while allowing for operational flexibility to support your business.
Join the Braun Intertec air permitting team for a discussion of how to build a strong permitting strategy that will result in a smoother application process, shortened permit timelines, and less delays to your project schedule. This webinar will focus primarily on air programs in Minnesota and Texas, with real world examples of permitting strategies that have reduced regulatory burden for clients. This webinar will also include important permitting considerations such as Environmental Justice and dispersion modeling and how to incorporate these into your strategy for a better outcome.
