Tell us a little bit about your background.

What are your favorite types of projects to work on?
I really enjoy working with the private sector, where you work directly with the people who are funding the project. It’s everyday people, so the relationships are good.

I also like public and commercial projects. A lot of times the relationships I already have in these areas allow me to propose on projects and get the work, which has been great.

How do you approach mentorship of your teammates on the job?
