I like facing any challenge, but what’s most rewarding to me is leading strategic initiatives that positively impact our employee-owners, holds people accountable and better scales our firm for continued growth.
Speaking of continued growth, what has it been like to watch Braun Intertec expand its operations and services throughout the South Central region over the past several years?
Over the last 15 years of my career I’ve consistently been brought on to help with strategic, sustainable growth. As we continue to grow I know that our leadership team is focused on maintaining our employee-owned culture and hiring people who will continue to foster that kind of atmosphere.

What traits do you look for in your team members?
We look for someone who can collaborate and has a team player mentality. If someone is relationship-driven, has a high level of integrity and looks out for their peers, then they will find success. We can always develop technical experience and provide training, so if someone is motivated to do better and learn more – they will do really well at Braun Intertec.
What advice do you have for someone just starting at Braun Intertec?

What do you like to do with your free time?
I have many hobbies, so I do pretty much anything you can imagine. I love adventure, so if it involves heights or speed or seeing something new for the first time – that’s what I live for. I’ve been privileged to travel to many states and countries, so any time I find something new it’s refreshing to be a part of it.
