From a global pandemic, to wildfires, and adverse weather impacting several of our local communities, this year has been nothing short of challenging for everyone. Despite all these hardships, our employee-owners have risen up to help others who need it more, particularly those impacted by a derecho, which stretched from Nebraska to Indiana, and Hurricane Laura along the Gulf coast. Both storms upended households, left families without power for days, and caused destruction everywhere they touched.
Braun Intertec has offices in locations impacted by both storms. We are proud to see the resilience of our team members (both impacted and not), who took the time to help not only their fellow employee-owners, but also clients and whole communities through physical labor, monetary donations, food and supply drives, and much more. During times like these, a simple act of kindness can go a long way for people in need of one, so we thank everyone involved who went out of their way to do just that.
