This one-day conference provides various educational sessions focused on compliance with the State Stormwater permits and local MS4 requirements.

Integrating Spill Prevention Control & Countermeasure (SPCC) and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) Compliance Efforts: During this session we will discuss both the unique and overlapping requirements associated with the Federal Oil Pollution Prevention requirements under 40 CRF Part 112 and the State requirements under the North Dakota Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NDPDES) permits. The intent is to provide guidance on how to reduce both paperwork and the associated headache while maintaining compliance with both regulations.
