Operations Supervisor Donny Rhea has more than 20 years of experience in construction materials testing, and has worked on just about every major construction project in the Texarkana area. Rhea’s certifications include ICC, ACI, TX-DOT, ACI, Troxler Nuclear Gauge Safety Training, and CTTP certification in Basic Aggregates, Soils and Concrete.
