Braun Intertec / W&M worked with the City of Grapevine to obtain the MSD certification and then submitted the MSD to the TCEQ. Following approval of the MSD from the TCEQ, Braun Intertec / W&M completed the Affected Property Assessment Report (APAR) for the VCP. The TCEQ approved the APAR and the Site was subsequently granted closure from TCEQ with no physical remediation. The Final Certificate of Completion was issued by the TCEQ and the Site is closed. The approval of the MSD in conjuction with application to the VCP was very successful in the development of this contaminated property in a rapidly developing urban location.
