Amy Grothaus
Account Manager
Account manager and senior engineer Amy Grothaus, has spent more than half of her career working for Braun Intertec. Now leading the company’s local, county and state aid highway team, Amy maintains her passion for civil engineering because of the way it improves the quality of people’s everyday lives. Braun Intertec clients who work with Amy experience her special brand of client attentiveness and her unique ability to run projects smoothly.
Amy is known for her ability to effectively collaborate with clients. “I love helping transportation clients do their jobs better,” Amy shares when asked what she appreciates most about her job. She’s also grateful for the employee-owners she works with, and the close relationships developed with clients over the years. Amy helps clients succeed by aiming to always listen to their needs, and fully understand their issues so her team can effectively problem-solve. Oftentimes this requires a collaborative approach with clients to develop solutions that best meet their needs.
